Actually the taste of scotcheroos is too rich and no words to explain how do I feel when I chew each bite of scotcheroos .Yaa it will be too crunchy, chewy, spongy, chocalaty wanna enjoy this amazing feel. No worries just try the following steps and enjoy the feel. To enrich the regular taste of scotcheroos I added marshmallow to enjoy gooey feel. And it has turned out great and loved to taste a lot.

Ingredients
Butter 45g
Marshmallows 300g
Kellogg’s Rice Krispies 180g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Drinking chocolate 1tbsp
Raisins 50g
Directions
Hob Method
- Take Butter in a large sauce pan and melt it in a medium flame.
- Add marshmallows, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate to this and stir continuously until it gets melted.
- Once all the ingredients get melted remove from heat.
- Add kellogg’s rice krispies and raisins .Stir well until it gets mixed with the mixture.
- Transfer to butter greased 13 x 9 2 inch baking tray and press it evenly using spatula.
- Leave to cool and cut it into pieces of desired shapes.
Microwave Method
- Add butter, marshmallows, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate in a microwave bowl and heat it on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Stir continuously until it becomes smooth and to avoid scorching.
- Add kellogg’s rice krispies and raisins .Stir well until it gets mixed with the mixture.
- Transfer to butter greased 13 x 9 2 inch baking tray and press it evenly using spatula.
- Leave to cool and cut it into pieces of desired shapes.
